Please read these Terms carefully before using the Betzy Platform.

Important Notice — Read Before Using the Platform
1. Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Betzy ("Betzy," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Texwal LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. They govern your access to and use of the website located at betzy.fun and all associated mobile applications, games, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering for an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, including all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
The following additional policies are incorporated into and form part of these Terms:

2. Platform Description
Betzy is a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform that offers casino-style entertainment games. The Platform is not a gambling website. No purchase is necessary to play or win prizes. Players may obtain Sweeps Coins (SC) through free methods (see Section 6) and redeem Redeemable SC for prizes in accordance with the Sweepstakes Redemption Rules.
Gold Coins (GC) are virtual entertainment credits with no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or prizes. GC are sold for entertainment purposes only.
The Platform also offers a social sportsbook feature where eligible users may place SC wagers on real-world sporting events. Sportsbook activity is governed by the Sportsbook Terms Addendum and Sports Wagering House Rules in addition to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. In jurisdictions where the minimum legal age for sweepstakes participation or social gaming is 21, the higher age limit applies. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction.
3.2 Restricted Territories
Residents of the following U.S. states may not use the Platform in any capacity:
No Access Permitted
Residents of Michigan (MI) may access the Platform and play games using Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins; however, SC redemption (prize cashout) is not available to Michigan residents.
Additional states may be restricted for specific features (e.g., sports wagering — see Sportsbook Terms Addendum Section 3.1). This list may be updated at any time as laws change.
3.3 Account Restrictions
Each individual may hold only one (1) Betzy account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3.4 Excluded Persons
The following persons are not eligible to participate in any sweepstakes promotion or redeem prizes:
- Betzy employees, officers, directors, and contractors, and their immediate family members and household members.
- Employees of any firm directly involved in administering the sweepstakes promotion, including Betzy's game providers, payment processors, and identity-verification providers.
- Any person who is prohibited by applicable law from participating in sweepstakes or prize promotions.
- Any person identified on OFAC's SDN list or any other applicable sanctions list.
- Persons under the applicable minimum age.
4. Account Registration & Security
To access most Platform features you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a password. You represent that all registration information is truthful and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Betzy immediately at support@betzy.fun if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Betzy is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Betzy reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before allowing purchases or redemptions. Failure to complete required verification will result in suspension of redemption privileges.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@betzy.fun or using the "Delete Account" function within your account settings or the mobile app.
5. Virtual Currency — Gold Coins & Sweeps Coins

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are virtual items. They have no cash value except as expressly provided in these Terms and the Sweepstakes Redemption Rules. GC and SC are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the Platform only. Betzy retains all rights to GC and SC. Virtual currency balances are not legal tender, currency, or property and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Platform.
6. Free Entry (AMOE) & How to Obtain Sweeps Coins
No Purchase Necessary
You may obtain Sweeps Coins (SC) without any purchase through the following free methods:
- Daily Login Bonus: log in each day to receive a free SC allocation.
- Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) by Mail: send a handwritten request on a 3″ × 5″ card with your full name, complete residential address, valid email address, and date of birth to: Betzy, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413J PMB 2183, Cheyenne, WY 82001. One SC is awarded per qualifying AMOE request. One request per outer envelope; multiple envelopes permitted. Betzy is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected mail.
- Promotional Bonuses: Betzy may from time to time offer free SC through in-platform promotions, social media giveaways, referral programs, and special events.
- Free-Play Promotions: Betzy may credit SC directly to your account as part of a new-user welcome offer or promotional event.
SC obtained through free methods are subject to the bonus-derived redemption limits described in the Sweepstakes Redemption Rules, Section 7.
7. Sweepstakes Promotions
The Betzy sweepstakes promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Restricted Territories in Section 3.2) who meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3. The promotion is governed by Appendix A (Sweepstakes Official Rules) at the end of these Terms.
Betzy operates as the Sponsor and Administrator of the sweepstakes promotion. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of and are not affiliated with or responsible for this sweepstakes promotion.
The sweepstakes promotion is subject to all applicable U.S. federal and state laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
8. Gold Coin Purchases & In-App Billing
8.1 Purchases
You may purchase Gold Coin packages on the Platform. GC purchases are entirely optional and provide no gameplay advantage; players who use only free SC entry methods have the same chance of winning as players who purchase GC packages.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. GC have no monetary value and cannot be refunded as cash.
8.2 Pricing & Taxes
Prices for GC packages are displayed in U.S. dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Betzy reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
8.3 Payment Methods
Betzy accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include debit/credit cards, ACH bank transfers, digital wallets, and other methods as available. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
8.4 In-App Purchases via Apple App Store
If you access the Platform through the iOS app and make purchases within the app, those purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Apple Inc. acts as a limited payment agent for such transactions. For billing support related to App Store purchases, contact Apple Support.
8.5 In-App Purchases via Google Play Store
If you access the Platform through the Android app and make purchases within the app, those purchases are processed by Google LLC through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. For billing support related to Google Play purchases, contact Google Play Support.
8.6 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Betzy to resolve the issue, Betzy reserves the right to suspend your account, forfeit your virtual currency balances, and recover any prizes that have been paid out. If you have a billing concern, please contact support@betzy.fun before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
9. Sweeps Coin Redemption
Redeemable SC may be exchanged for prizes in accordance with the Sweepstakes Redemption Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and control over these Terms on all matters of SC prize mechanics.
9.1 Wagering Requirement
Each SC must be wagered through at least one complete game round before it becomes Redeemable. SC awarded but not yet wagered are in "Unplayed" status and may not be redeemed.
9.2 Minimum & Maximum
The standard minimum redemption is 50 SC per request (exceptions apply for qualifying bonus-only accounts). VIP Tier daily limits apply (see Sweepstakes Redemption Rules Section 6).
9.3 Bonus-Derived Limits
SC earned entirely through free/bonus methods are subject to tiered redemption caps described in Sweepstakes Redemption Rules Section 7 (baseline 20 SC / Tier A 50 SC / Tier B 5 SC). See those Rules for full details.
9.4 Absolute Maximum
No account may redeem more than 10,000 SC (= $10,000 USD prize value) in any rolling 24-hour period, regardless of VIP tier or account history. This is an absolute ceiling enforced by Betzy's systems.
9.5 Redemption Methods
Available redemption methods may include ACH bank transfer, electronic money transfer, cryptocurrency (Travel Rule compliant), and gift cards. Available methods are displayed during checkout based on your verified account status. Betzy does not guarantee the availability of any specific method.
9.6 KYC Required
All redemptions require completed KYC verification, a valid SSN/ITIN on file, and a good-standing account. Redemptions from restricted jurisdictions are prohibited.
10. Tax Reporting
You are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due on prizes received through the Betzy Platform. Betzy will issue Form 1099-MISC to any user whose cumulative net prizes equal or exceed $600 in a calendar year. You must provide a valid Form W-9 (U.S. persons) or Form W-8BEN (non-U.S. persons) before or at the time of your first qualifying redemption.
Backup withholding of 24% applies if you fail to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or if the IRS requires backup withholding on your account. The withheld amount will be remitted to the IRS on your behalf.
11. VIP Program
Betzy offers a VIP program with tiers from Bronze to Obsidian. VIP tier determines your daily SC redemption limit (see Sweepstakes Redemption Rules Section 6). Betzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or any user's VIP status at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. VIP status confers no vested rights and has no monetary value.
12. Responsible Gaming
Betzy is committed to responsible social gaming. We offer voluntary spending limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools available at betzy.fun/responsible-play. If you feel your play is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use these tools and to contact support resources including 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).

13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or other unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software or games to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players, including sharing accounts or coordinating gameplay to exploit promotions.
- Using insider information or engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports competition manipulation.
- Placing wagers or participating in the sweepstakes while located in a Restricted Territory.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymizing technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial crime through the Platform.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening Betzy employees or other users.
- Posting or sharing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform or any of its components.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, legal action, and/or referral to law enforcement.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, video, text, trademarks, logos, trade dress, and the Betzy brand — is owned by or licensed to Betzy and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without Betzy's prior written consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Betzy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
15. User Content
If you submit, post, or display any content on the Platform (such as profile images, chat messages, reviews, or other user-generated content), you grant Betzy a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights, is not unlawful, and does not violate these Terms or any Betzy community guidelines. Betzy may remove any user content at its discretion.
16. Affiliates, Referrals & FTC Compliance
Betzy may operate affiliate and referral programs that provide rewards for promoting the Platform. All affiliate and referral program participants must comply with the Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255). Any material connection between an endorser and Betzy — including compensation, employment, affiliate commissions, free GC, or other benefits — must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in any endorsement, review, or promotional content.
Failure to disclose material connections may result in termination from the affiliate program, forfeiture of commissions, and potential referral to the FTC.
17. Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, services, and applications. These third-party services are not under Betzy's control, and Betzy is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms.
Payment processing is handled by contracted third-party processors. Betzy does not store full payment card numbers.
18. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. BETZY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
BETZY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME OF ANY GAME OR SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION. PAST RESULTS ARE NO INDICATION OF FUTURE RESULTS. GAMEPLAY IS SUBJECT TO RANDOM NUMBER GENERATION AND CANNOT BE PREDICTED.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETZY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR COMPUTER DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF BETZY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BETZY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BETZY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, BETZY'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Betzy, Texwal LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
21. Modifications to These Terms
Betzy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by sending an email to your registered email address at least 15 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may redeem any Redeemable SC balance under the prior Terms before the effective date.
22. Term & Termination
These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Platform and remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting privacy@betzy.fun or using the account deletion function.
Betzy may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, fail to complete required KYC, or for any other reason at Betzy's sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Betzy may forfeit any GC or SC balance in a terminated account to the extent permitted by these Terms. Sections 14, 18, 19, 20, 23, and 29 survive termination.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to Section 29 (Arbitration), you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming for any claims not subject to arbitration.
24. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to Betzy's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including mobile app and App Store/Play Store specific disclosures. Please read it carefully before using the Platform.
25. App Store & Platform Distribution Terms
25.1 Apple App Store
If you downloaded the Betzy app from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply in addition to these Terms:
- These Terms are between you and Betzy only — not with Apple Inc.
- Apple is not responsible for the Betzy app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Betzy app.
- In the event of any failure of the Betzy app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app (product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, etc.).
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
25.2 Google Play Store
If you downloaded the Betzy app from the Google Play Store, the following terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Betzy only — not with Google LLC.
- Google is not responsible for the Betzy app or its content.
- Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Betzy app.
- Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
26. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with all incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Betzy regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Betzy's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Betzy's prior written consent. Betzy may freely assign these Terms.
Force Majeure: Betzy is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or network or infrastructure failures.
Communications: You consent to receive communications from Betzy electronically, including by email and push notification. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
27. Sportsbook & Sports Wagering
The Betzy sportsbook feature, where available, is subject to the Sportsbook Terms Addendum and Sports Wagering House Rules in addition to these Terms. Eligibility for the sportsbook is more restricted than for other Platform features — please review the Sportsbook Terms Addendum Section 3 before placing any sports wager.

29. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Please Read This Section Carefully — It Affects Your Legal Rights
29.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Betzy at support@betzy.fun with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. Betzy will try to resolve your concern within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration as described below.
29.2 Binding Arbitration
Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform — including their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Laramie County, Wyoming (or by videoconference if required by applicable rules). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
For claims of $10,000 or less, you may choose to have the arbitration conducted solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing. The AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules are available at www.adr.org.
29.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND BETZY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND BETZY AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
29.4 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights. Nothing in this Section limits either party's right to file a complaint with a regulatory agency or governmental authority.
29.5 Governing Law for Arbitration
This arbitration clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.) and applicable federal law. State arbitration laws do not apply.
Appendix A – Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
A.1 Sponsor & Administrator

A.2 Promotion Period
The Betzy sweepstakes promotion is ongoing and continuous. Each individual sweepstakes event within the promotion has its own specific start and end dates, which are published on the Platform at the time the event is announced.
A.3 Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (21 where required by law) at time of entry, excluding residents of Washington, Idaho, and Nevada, and employees of Betzy and their immediate family members. Void where prohibited by law.

A.5 Prizes & Odds
Prizes consist of SC redeemable for cash prizes (1 SC = $1.00 USD prize equivalent) or equivalent gift-card value, subject to the Sweepstakes Redemption Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the specific game or promotion. GC awarded as part of GC-purchase packages have no monetary value and are not prizes.
A.6 Winner Determination & Notification
Winners of SC prizes are determined by the outcome of eligible gameplay using SC mode. Redemption requests are subject to identity verification, KYC, and compliance review. Betzy reserves the right to disqualify any entry or winner who does not comply with these Official Rules or Betzy's Terms of Service.
A.7 Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Betzy will report prizes and withhold taxes as required by law (see Terms Section 10).
A.8 General Conditions
Betzy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Betzy, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. By accepting a prize, winners grant Betzy the right to use their username and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict-of-law rules.
