• Daily maximum for new players (account age less than 30 days): $300
• Florida accounts: maximum $5,000 per redemption request
• Absolute maximum (all accounts, all tiers): 10,000 BC per rolling 24-hour window

4.3 Standard Per-Request Limit

The standard maximum per individual redemption request is $3,000 (3,000 BC), subject to your VIP Tier Daily Limit and account-level caps described above.

5.1 Wager Limits by Purchase History

Betzy may apply wager limits based on your account's purchase history to maintain responsible play and platform integrity:

5.2 Account Soft Ban

If your account is found to be in violation of Betzy's Terms of Service, these withdrawal policies, or the Sweepstakes Redemption Rules — including but not limited to exceeding wager limits, operating multiple accounts, or bonus abuse — Betzy may apply a "Soft Ban" to the account, which may restrict gameplay, purchases, or redemptions pending investigation. You will be notified of a Soft Ban by email and may contact support@betzy.fun to inquire about the reason.

6.1 How to Request a Redemption

To submit a redemption request:

• Log in to your Betzy account.
• Navigate to Account → Redeem / Cashout.
• Select your preferred redemption method.
• Enter the amount you wish to redeem (must meet minimum thresholds).
• Upload any required documentation if prompted (identity or source-of-funds documents).
• Review and submit your request.

6.2 Processing Time Targets

Betzy targets processing all redemption requests within 8 hours of submission. Requests subject to compliance review, AML holds, or document requests may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email if your request is under review or if additional information is required.

7.1 Reasons a Redemption May Be Delayed or Denied

• Incomplete or failed KYC/AML verification.
• Outstanding source-of-funds documentation request.
• Active compliance hold or account investigation.
• Redemption request exceeds applicable limits.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of Terms of Service.
• Payment method mismatch (redemption method not matching verified identity).
• Technical error — Betzy will notify you and process as soon as resolved.

7.2 Finality of Decisions

Betzy's redemption decisions are final following internal review. If your redemption is denied and you believe the denial was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support@betzy.fun with supporting documentation within 30 days of the denial notice.

7.3 No Refund Policy for Gold Coin Purchases

Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Gold Coins are virtual entertainment credits with no cash value; they are not exchangeable for real money and cannot be "refunded." If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@betzy.fun within 14 days of the transaction.

7.4 Legal Notice

By submitting a redemption request, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the account, that all information provided is accurate, that the BC being redeemed were earned in compliance with Betzy's Terms of Service and these Policies, and that you are legally entitled to receive the prize in your jurisdiction. Betzy reserves all legal rights, including the right to pursue recovery of prizes paid in error or in violation of these Policies.
